Nuffield Health is a leading UK health charity with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyles and helping people become and stay healthy. It runs Gyms, Hospitals and Nuffield Proactive Health as a single healthcare service with a network of over 200 UK-wide facilities.
We negotiated and finalised the contract with the supplier for the organisation’s membership system for its Gyms. This was a business-critical issue and the contract required key assurances written into it around cloud computing, risks, costs and services levels.
In respect of Hospitals a major hospital supplier had poorly implemented the installation and operation of imaging equipment costing many hundreds of thousands pounds. Nuffield wanted to retain the equipment and we advised and negotiated a course of action which achieved and exceeded their objectives.
